Blue White Green

Go Blue: For 15 years now, the human brain has been taught to click on blue links. Blue links have higher CTR (our eye tracking studies have proven this). If your website does not use blue links, you are leaving money on the table.
Go White: A non-white background might look cool (specially with kids), but it is completely non-intuitive for advertising and making money.
